What material is a bag made of? Is it purely sustainable?

We use 100% organic, all-natural, and partially biodegradable cactus leather, which is certified by Peta, Global Recycled Standard, Oeko-tex, Useda Organic, Dakks, among others.

The process of turning a cactus into leather is transparent and simple, with no toxic chemicals, excessive water, energy consumption, or cruelty involved.

So, our bags are non-guilty pleasure in sustainable luxury.

Is a bag flammable?

No, Victoria Paris bags are not flammable.Cactus leather is safe, non-toxic, and is also non-flammable.

How much weight does a bag sustain?

Elegant and practical, our bags are versatile and are a staple of any sustainable wardrobe.

How to make my bag last longer?

Our vegan leather is very durable and may serve you up to 10 years effortlessly.

However, your handbag would be happy if you could follow these rules :

-Remove dirt with a soft, clean cloth. If you feel like the piece needs something extra, you can put a little shampoo on the cotton to clean it.

-Don't put hot objects near or on an item.

-Never use harsh chemicals or household cleaners.

-Never use acetone to clean the bag.

How do I know if a style is available in store?

Our stock is the same in-store as on our website. Therefore, a bag available on our website is also available in store.

When will my order ship?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we cannot make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. That is why it is essential to make sure all entered information is accurate before ordering. If your order has already shipped, but you’re not satisfied, visit our Return Policy to see how we can make you happy again.

Please note that any order placed before creating an account will not appear on your account. Only orders placed after the account has been created will be visible. What should I do if I typed my address incorrectly and my order says shipped?

Please contact us via email at contact@victoriaparisvegan.com immediately within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary adjustments.

All orders that have been shipped to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will have to resubmit a new order.

Victoria Paris will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address.

How does click and collect work?

Available items can be picked-up same day in Paris 8th.

• Add your products to cart and select click & collect delivery
• Your order is prepared under 2 hours in store
• When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as it is received, you can collect your order in store.

Please note: Proof of ID Required for Collect and Boucher of payment print and  e-mail confirmation.
